The current state of the creator economy, hyper-saturated, ephemeral, algorithmically driven, and functionally chaotic. The Marketplace is the named enemy environment that the Citadel solves. In the Bazaar, aesthetics are no longer a primary differentiator (AI can generate them at zero cost), trust is collapsed (half of consumers cannot detect AI-generated work), and the generalist is prey. The named alternative: the Sovereign Citadel.
